Muscovy's are known as the Red Meat of the poultry world. Naturally lean, firm and flavorful meat without being greasy making it ideal for everyday cooking or elevated dishes. 
 
Muscovy Duck has less fat than other store-bought breeds of duck, more breast meat, bold taste, and perfect for roasting, smoking, or pan-searing.
 
We harvest our Muscovy only 1 time each year and they average +/- 4lbs.
 
All poultry have been air chilled, a preferred method because it better preserves the bird's flavor, let's the meat absorb marinades better and doesn't add water weight. Air chilled meat is more environmentally friendly than water chilling because it produces less contaminated water.
 
Our animals are raised on certified organic feed, enriched with home-grown herbs and produce to ensure the highest nutritional value and flavor. 
 
We believe in happy healthy animals who are never exposed to chemicals like herbacides, pesticides and commercial fertilizers. Better feed equals healthier animals and produces a Chem Free product.
