All chicks are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express in a chick box, including a 72-hour heat pack (weather permitting) and Gro Gel to ensure safe travel. There is a maximum of 15 chicks per box.

 

All chicks are hold for pickup and must be picked up immediately when your receive a call from your post office.

Our shipped chicks have a live chick guarantee upon arrival. Customer must PICKUP WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER ARRIVAL AT LOCAL POST OFFICE AND record opening the box and show condition of chicks and box to receive a credit or reimbursement. We send extras to offset any losses you may have. THE EXTRA CHICKS WONT BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED IF LOST DURING SHIPMENT.

 

The video/pictures of losses or poor condition must be submitted within 4 hours of pickup. No refunds/replacements on chicks if documentation is not received within 4 hours of pickup. You can submit pictures/videos via e-mail to info@chiceggs.com or through Facebook Messenger. We can't control how you brood your chicks so we can only guarantee alive on arrival.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours and receive a refund less a 3% credit card processing fee. After 24 hours we will not accept cancellations.
