Taste the Difference, our sheep produce a leaner meat with less external fat and marbling and have a milder taste  than commerically available sheep meat. As a hair sheep they do not produce the lanolin that makes the meat gamier and fattier. Hair sheep have a less "muttony" taste.
 
We believe in happy healthy animals who are never exposed to chemicals like herbacides, pesticides and commercial fertilizers. Better feed equals healthier animals and produces a Chem Free product.
 
Our meet is processed and inspected according to USDA requirements.

Available for local pick up at the Tractor Supply in Northport, Alabama or at the River Market in Tuscaloosa.

If the cut is showing in stock it's still available. You will not be able to add more to your cart than what is available. Once they are gone they are gone.
